Cottage One is tucked into a beautiful rock outcropping typical of the Smith Lake area and is just a brief walk toward the lake and to the (East) of the event facility. It also has a wonderful outdoor sitting area and fireplace for those who like to relax outdoors. The home sleeps 8-10 people quite comfortably. It comes fully furnished and includes a boat dock / swim platform.
Cottage 2 Located just a short walk to the north from Cottage One and The Barn and slightly down the hill toward the lake. It has wonderful views from the living room and kitchen area and is approximately 1,600 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two bunk beds and sleeps 8. Designed to be ultra-modern and efficient, it sleeps 6-8 guests, with 2 Master bedroom suites with King beds and large en suite bathrooms, a kitchen and living area facing the water, and a covered multi-level porch that sits on top of the water.
