Clarkson Covered Bridge
Built in 1904, Clarkson Covered Bridge is the only remaining covered bridge in Cullman County. This site has a picnic area and a walking trail around the park. This park also has a grist mill and pond. Visitors from all across the country and from all parts of the world come to Clarkson Bridge to enjoy the beautiful setting and to step back in time. The Cullman County Commission is currently assisting the Park and Recreation Department in refurbishing this park so future generations may continue to enjoy this wonderful old covered bridge. |
